The Hobbies of Olivia Gregg

Working Out Working Out

Growing up I played sports in school and the idea of working out was not a fun idea in my head. I played volleyball and basketball. The training for these sports required a lot of time and exercise that at the time didn't sound fun. Then COVID happened and I quit sports and still wanted to be active. My dad started taking me to the gym with him and I really fell in love with it. All of COVID, I found a love for taking care of my body by weight training, biking, and running.

Coming to college, I had to regain my love for fitness and I really dedicated a good routine to where I am able to work out every day. I even found friends who enjoyed working out as much as me. It's a healthy habit that I can enjoy for myself and with people I love to be around. Obviously, when I first started working out, I didn't have a love for running. I think a lot of people can relate, but when you do it every day and see a change in your body and how powerful it is, running can become a fun thing. Crunch Fitness.

Another big hobby of mine is writing and photography. I love art. As a kid, to express how I felt, I would write stories. I had so many journals and books with so many thoughts and ideas. Photography though was something I found fun because I loved to be in front of the camera. I was always making makeup videos, skits, and dancing videos, and I've grown to still love it to this day. When I got to college, I joined a fashion magazine where I was able to model and take photos that helped me continue my love for the arts.
